ABOUT DH PAINTING CO. INC.
Hello, My name is Daniel Hersom. I reside in Kennebunk, Maine and I am the owner and founder of D.H. Painting Co. Inc. I started my painting career at the age of 14 working with my father and my uncle as a painters helper in the summers for their seasonal exterior painting business. Being raised in a family of contractors I was able to gain experience in many aspects of business and construction at an early age. During the next several years I branched out working for other trade contractors and home owners doing mainly painting projects which I preferred, but was often exposed to different odd jobs such as handy man work which gave me more experience and knowledge in the trades.
In 1990 I decided to focus on painting exclusively and started D.H. Painting Co. In 2000 I incorporated and became D.H. Painting Co. Inc. Today after 25 years in business I employ 3-6 quality painters and have built a large repeat clientele and referral base which annually brings in over half of our work. I believe in keeping it local, not getting to big, and doing only quality work. I am a proud family man, a proud American. God bless!
